Responsive Reading:

Leader	The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end;
Congregation	they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
Leader	“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
Congregation	“therefore I will hope in him.”
Leader	The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
Congregation	It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Lamentations 3:22-26

Leader	“All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass.
Congregation	The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord remains forever.”
